My Approach

Do you ever feel worn out, isolated or overwhelmed with the challenges life is presenting? Afraid to speak up with risk of not being heard? Here at Jessikah Huard Counselling, I will aim to hear you. 


As we journey together, I will utilise a range of therapies to help you achieve holistic healing. My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, accepted and heard.


I specialise in individual therapy, with issues such as: 


  • Anxiety 

  • Depression 

  • Grief & loss 

  • Identity & self-esteem

  • Boundary & assertiveness training 


My approach is that before we commit to go ahead with sessions, I will provide a free intake assessment consultation. This will involve answering a questionnaire to see if I am the best fit for you. 


All my sessions take place on an online platform called “Coviu”. This is a private and confidential Counselling platform designed to provide accessible support.
