As we journey together, I will utilise a range of therapies to help you achieve holistic healing. My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, accepted and heard.

Before I commit to sessions with clients I provide a complimentary intake assessment which will involve a questionnaire to see if I am the best fit for you moving forward.
All my sessions take place on Zoom. Online counselling is an accessible way for everyone to receive support.
